Clan Hall distribution
As previously announced, the merge of Enhanced and Origins servers will happen in August 21th. One of the pending topic was what would be done regarding owned Clan Halls.
The initial announcement was that, once the merge happens, we would keep Clan Halls only for active clans meeting specific requirements such as active member counts as well as adena to bid on Clan Halls.
Since Enhanced opening the 23rd February, we have been monitoring actively both Clans activity and Clan Halls usage. Rather than asking Clans to once again bid for a clan hall, we decided to use the gathered data of the last six months to assign Clan Halls directly once the merge happens.
This means that no action will be required for anyone and there will be no additional cost for clans.
Current data from Origins and Enhanced clans
Origins has 76 working clan halls taking into count regular ones and instanced ones, While Origins and Enhanced together have 102 clans holding a Clan Hall. This means that we need to free 26 clans halls after the merge.
We removed Clan Halls whose clan leader was banned. We also removed clan halls held by dead clans : clans having between 1-5 active members where the clan halls were used less than once a week.
This selection was enough to get down to 76 clans, for the 76 possible Clan Halls. Some clans had to be reassigned to a different clan hall, but we managed to fit each clan into a clan all at no additional cost.
Changes to clan halls after merge
– All clan halls will become A grade, so they will have offer the same Buffs and Item creation (it means all clan halls will give the “good buffs”).
– Instanced clan halls will work in the auction, so they can be auctioned (sold, purchased…)
Distribution after the merge
On this sheet you can find how the clan hall distribution will look like once the merge is done, we had to make some changes, and assign some clan halls from other towns to some clans in order to make everyone fit, the priority when doing this assigment is based in several factors but mainly in clan activity.
Clans marked in red color are the ones who will lose the clan halls as they are totally dead/inactive. Clans who get their CH removed will get a refund for the amount of adena that was made on the clan hall bid.
From now and until merge auctions are disabled
